Thank you so much Dan! I'm over 50 and have recently been diagnosed with osteopenia. My physio advised skipping as a high impact exercise to re-build the bone density. I happened to contact Dan for his advice on what type of rope and how to skip - he was so helpful and informative, and his videos are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered a rope from him in the correct size, and have now built up to 6 minutes a day (I could only skip for 30 seconds when I started!). I would thoroughly recommend this product and Dan's videos! Happy skipping :)
