I have nothing but praise for Dan and the staff during a fairly traumatic few months when selling my house. Their patience, especially Lorraine, and kindness were exceptional. I would recommend them most highly for anyone wanting to move house.

Dan Thomas was one of 3 estate agents I asked to value my mother’s bungalow in April, and was by far the best. He took time to explain the current property market, his methods of promoting/selling the property and gave useful advice on presentation. The team have been a delight to deal with, they kept me informed about every prospective buyer, provided feedback afterwards and Dan always replied to any queries almost immediately. I would also like to thank Claire for her great negotiating skills. I would recommend Dan Thomas Estate Agents without hesitation to anyone putting property on the market.

The minute we met Dan for our house valuation we instantly knew we will be choosing Dan & Co. From start to finish they were exceptional and ensured the process went as smoothly as possible, even when there was a few bumps along the way. This review is somewhat unusual in that I did not instruct Dan Thomas, my sellers did, but I felt compelled to write a review to let people know how great they are.
Dan is very honest, respectful and fair in his dealings. He was very helpful and helped resolved any issues along the way (some were substantial). He always got back to me immediately and I was not even his client. Anyone thinking about instructing Dan Thomas should do so without hesitation, he will do a fantastic job for you. His team were also lovely and when I collected the keys gave us a bottle of bubbly and flowers (again we were not even his clients!)
The biggest praise I can give is I am sure the transaction would not have completed without Dan being involved.
There is no better agent in the area and they can be trusted to deliver.

When you are not sure exactly what you want, an estate agent with patience is a must. Marisa handled us viewing a property expertly .She is a bubbly knowledgable young lady with infinite patience.

Quite frankly the best Estate Agents we have ever used. From the initial meeting with Dan to the viewings by Marisa, Abi and Lorraine, and the additional support once a sale was agreed from Claire and Naomi, every member of the team were top notch. From our first meeting with Dan we felt at ease. He is professional and warm and we knew our property was in the right hands. Everything was explained easily and we were kept in the loop with marketing strategies and updates.
When our property was sold quickly we were very happy. Lorraine and Claire then stepped in to do the progressing. What a couple of superstars! Nothing was too much trouble, even the silliest question late at night when it popped into our heads was answered quickly and we were confident that these ladies knew their stuff.

Having tried other estate agents in the area and having little to no interest, we had all but given up hope for selling our flat and moving. However, Dan Thomas were able to find us a buyer off-market - before the photos were even taken!

Abi was incredibly helpful in the early stages, communicating effectively to keep us up to date on the viewing and negotiations.

As we neared exchange and completion, we encountered a number of legal difficulties. Claire was excellent in chasing the chain, the solicitors and facilitating effective communication between all parties. Claire also kept us up to date, which was really reassuring during the most challenging times of the sale. It’s no exaggeration to say that without Claire’s work, we probably would have been waiting weeks or months more to move - if it even went through at all.

On recommendation, my parents chose Dan Thomas & Co - Estate Agent to sell one of their rental properties. The team arranged floorplans and fantastic photos very quickly and within a week or so of the property being listed, viewings had been arranged and the house sold quickly. The use of a group WhatsApp between agent and seller is invaluable and allows questions to be answered quickly without the need for a phone call or visit to the office. The whole process was seamless and the team kept us updated throughout. They even gifted my parents some post-completion goodies to thank them for their business, which was a lovely touch. I think it was fate my house was sent to me as I wasn't looking for the area and I thank Dan Thomas for sending me it. From the first viewing I knew it was my forever home. Lorraine was so warm and welcoming and she was on the ball all over the transaction from 6th March to 17th May to complete. Regular updates chasing both sides responding on her days off a great employee and an asset to the team. She recommended the Solicitors Burtons and wow Manni was exceptional. What can I say? - Wonderful!
If you’re looking to sell or buy a property Dan Thomas & Co. is the place to go. When my 94 year old mum went into a care home we needed to sell her bungalow ASAP (care home fees aren’t cheap!) No problem for Dan and his team. Abi, Claire and Lorraine were on it without delay. All were ultra efficient from the start, we were kept updated every step of the way, any questions answered immediately and they were always bright and cheerful.
So here we are, me with my glass of bubbly, mum with her cup of Earl Grey tea and the completion of a stress free journey.
