My dog is an awkward size and shape so I rang for advice/ Your advisor was patient and knowledgeable (even if I wasn't) and soon found the correct size. The order arrived promptly and fitted perfectly. Although Bonnie is a mudlark it is easy clean.

So happy with the coat (ordered after recommendation for deep chested dogs) and fits our GSP well. Vey easy to put on, good quality and will be perfect on those cold rainy days.
Customer service very good, i order the wrong size and they promptly contacted me by phone once they received the return and had another out asap.

It is well made. Dropped a star as the handle on the back needs to be bigger, I could only get three fingers into it comfortably. It was for a GSD.

Sizing was not correct for my dog
Sizing was not correct. Sent back immediately and issued with a refund. It says partial refund but it is in fact a full refund, it says that as postage is not paid which is normal these days when buying online it is the only downside sometimes it ends up costing more money to return. Millie was very helpful, thank you.
