They have good quality gear
They have good quality gear. It arrives in a timely fashion. The only issue I had was just not being familiar with their set ups and I had to make numerous orders to get a working drop leg holster. That is on me though.

Nice fit and finish
I was having trouble finding a holster called them up and they explained how they could help. Service was so good I bought 2. Took a few weeks but worth the wait. Now for the torture test.

Poor Customer Service
back to the first holster ordered they would have seen their mistake based on that order. That's not True! 5 pictures were sent and my first order from Dara was for the same specified attachment and it fit perfect. If they would have checked my first order back in2021 the would have seen it was for the same attachment. My second order was for a different attachment.! I still say that's poor Customer Service, trying to change my words that I said and did.

I’m so sorry you are upset, Customer Service tried to help you with the trouble you were having but you refused to send the pictures we were requesting. The light attachment you have is not one we offer a holster for and our tolerances are too tight to fit a different configuration.
Edit: Sir, we cannot assume that someone has anything other than what they’ve specified on the order form. When a customer places an order and checks the box verifying that the order is exactly what they need made, we make it.

Top notch customer service!
I'm a left handed shooter my husband is right handed. I say this because when I placed the order we ordered two custom holsters one left one right. Dara cs made sure to check in that this was correct and and not a mistake on our end. We've had companies in the past assume our order was wrong and change it for us so for them to reach out to ensure it was correct was a step above. Not to mention the holsters are fantastic! The fit is perfect on both our pistols!

Only reason I switched brands.
Your kydex material and molding is awesome, never had an issue with either. Any of your IWB belt clips on the other hand, substandard and inadequate. For instance the standard single clip should be thicker (have had two break at bolt mounting in standard conditions) and at much more of an aggressive angle pointing inward towards the leg. More often than not, the holster comes out with the gun on a draw. The C clips are not much better. While being a better idea when paired with the IWB claw, they are still made out of faulty material. A flexible moldable clip would would be much better that can be bent back into shape if need be after putting on and taking off for a month rather than breaking. Once again, other than IWB mounting I think you guys make a good product.

Hi Shaun, it looks like in your order you received a clip that has been discontinued. It is not our standard clip. It may be slipping off the belt if it’s not the correct size. Also, the claw attachment and other clip you purchased is not intended for use with the holster you have from us. Please contact customer service to get squared away!
Meh product, fake reviews
Custom holster didn’t fit perfectly, took some work to make it work for me. No big deal. What’s sleezy is when you attempt leave a review on website it has to be “approved” Which doesn’t happen unless you give 5 stars. Makes sense now why everything on the website has 5 stars. Dishonest company

I’m sorry to hear that your holster didn’t fit perfectly. Part of our QC process prior to shipment is test fitting each holster- sometimes multiple times- with the exact firearm and light configuration that the holster was ordered for, making fitment issues obsolete. If it doesn’t fit perfectly it gets remade, period. That is the reason why we have so many 4 and 5 star reviews both on our website and on here where you can’t fake or disapprove verified reviews. We only have an approval process on the website because we receive so much spam.
