Scammers. 🤬

Wish I could do zero stars. Order never arrived after months of waiting, tracking never moved, they never responded to emails, and now their site is gone. Totally scammed.

Scam company paid over 7 weeks ago and still no delivery. No response to emails

Do not use

Ordered 23rd June. No blind has arrived. I have now contacted my card issuer to reverse the charge.
No response to emails - and now their Web page and Facebook page no longer exist.
Scam company.
Ashamed as thought I was clever than that :(

Definitely a scam and fraudulent business! They have not replied to multiple emails asking why the blinds have not arrived many weeks past the estimated arrival. Their online store is now also no longer available.

SCAM! Ordered blinds over 4 weeks ago and I've had nothing... I had an still email from them to say they're super busy but still no time frame. I have chased them 4 times since their email and I've heard NOTHING. Avoid at all costs!

We ordered a blind 21st July - no sign of it, no response to multiple email chase up for delivery, and there is no contact number to get in touch with them
Looking at the rest of the reviews, can I ask if anyone has ever received their order before I ask my credit card company to reverse the transaction

Total SCAM. Zero stars. Avoid. Ordered 6 weeks ago. Took my money and not delivered the blind. Contacted numerous times - no response at all. THIEVES.

Been over 2 months and I haven't received anything, no response to any email or other attempts to contact them.

AVOID …. Ordered a blind 5 weeks ago not had any confirmation of order or delivery date.. zero replies to my 4 emails. Now having to go through the hassle of claiming my money back through my credit card company as it looks like they’ve took my money and run .

Popped up on my instagram, purchased what was needed and no sign. Asked for a refund and still waiting… ordered on 14th July & it’s 5th Aug and only 1 email to say:

Your order is currently being processed. We’re experiencing a high volume of orders, but rest assured we’re working hard to get everything out as quickly as possible.

But I’m not convinced so asked for refund

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a blind on 21st July and it’s still not been delivered. Sent numerous emails but still waiting on a reply.

I made a order 4weeks ago with 5 days delivery. It's not turned up 3 emails not responded to . Don't buy from them

I also ordered blinds on July 12. Now August 1 and no sight of them. Have also emailed with no response.

Ordered a blind through the website on the 12th July and it’s now the 31st July and it’s still not arrived. I’ve messaged and emailed the company and they have not replied.
