Keyboard ALU81A Terra Nostra, Dark Project (A keyboard for big money lives its own life)

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of your keyboard.

After only 2 months of use, the keyboard randomly switched key behavior:
- Alt and Windows keys swapped
- Function keys stopped working properly (F4, F12, etc.)
- The keyboard entered some kind of incorrect mode without any clear way to fix it

There is no clear documentation, no visible reset instructions, and no intuitive way to restore factory settings. I had to spend a long time troubleshooting something that should never happen on a €150 product.

This is not acceptable quality for a device in this price range.
