Don’t waste your time

Why would a company that wants to sell its products make it so difficult to buy them? I needed four of their largest bin sets, worth £300 each, and repeatedly emailed to finalise the purchase, but got no response. In the end, I just bought them elsewhere. Frustrating, and a complete waste of my time.

Wrong product, no refund

Ordered some replacement under cabinet LEDs and received the delivery a few days later. A different product was sent, so I contacted customer services and they explained the error and told me to return for a refund, I returned the product at my own cost and they haven’t refunded me. 2 months later and they are ignoring my emails. Avoid

Terrible costumer experience

Recently I did order some parts but did a mistake with a couple of itens. Sent email explaining I'd like to change this itens and asking for how to proceed and so far no replay... It has 1 week so far.
Terrible experience, terrible customer service...

One day after reporting here, I sent more mails to then and finaly got a replay... They said had sent 3 mails replaying me, and I don't know why a got all mails I should get but their's... anyway.
They told me how to return and get the parts and I sincerely hope it ends well.

Poor customer service 😔

I purchased 3 of their cabinet locks which all arrived without keys. When I asked the Sales department about the missing keys they told me they had to be purchased separately. I asked why this wasn't mentioned on their web site, to be told that it didn't say they were supplied. I ordered 2 keys at just over £1 each and the final bill for the keys was £10.75 using their cheapest postage. The last car I purchased also didn't list that a key was supplied in the sale - but it came with one. Poor customer service 😔

Unable or unwilling to deliver to Northern Ireland

Website states £50 delivery charge to Northern Ireland for £112 worth of products. I contacted them on the phone to discuss the delivery charge and was told that they would weigh the items and get me a delivery quote by the end of the day by email. Having received no contact i called them the following day to be told the same thing, i would have a quote by the end of that day. Three days since my original query and no response.
Clearly don't want the business and and cant be bothered to follow up on queries. Avoid!
