Unclear ! Canada Post (your shipper) lost my order and delivered an empty envelope. I’ve spent 3 weeks now explaining my predicament. The shipper’s policy is that, as the receiver, I can’t claim a loss. Only the sender can. I’m in limbo as to whether or not you will replace my order and claim reimbursement from the shipper. I remain hopeful but don’t know where I stand ???

When a customer reports that an item has arrived damaged, incomplete, or that the contents are missing, there are specific procedures that must be followed in order for us to investigate and raise a claim with the courier. In this case, the courier did not record any damage to the package at the point of delivery, and the delivery photograph provided by the courier does not show any visible signs of damage to the envelope.
As a result, we are required to gather information and evidence before a claim can be progressed. This is not intended to delay a resolution, but rather to ensure that any investigation is handled correctly and in accordance with the courier's claims process.

Give us another option beside Amazon Logistics
I really want to leave a 5star review. As the ease of use, quality of the products etc is always great. But trying to track deliveries using Amazon when they give it to the royal mail is horrendous. Shop app says one day Amazon says another and Royal mail usually ends up splitting the dif but I don't know that until my local postie actually has it.
Please give us an option besides Amazon Logistics.

Great team effort to get a delivery in time
Got some personalised darts shirts made but after placing the order I realised how long the potential production+ delivery was, and I was then worried that the shirts would not arrive in time.
I contacted the team who said they would try there best, and I'm delighted to say they arrived 2 days earlier than required. 5* service from the team. Well done.
I'm happy to say we were all absolutely delighted with how the shirts turned out too.

The delivery address used on the order was the address you entered and confirmed during checkout. Unfortunately, this was an old address located approximately four hours away from your current location. We fully appreciate that mistakes can happen when placing online orders, but responsibility for ensuring the delivery details are correct at checkout ultimately rests with the customer.
You contacted us over the weekend after placing the order. As clearly stated on our website, our customer service team is not operational during weekends. By the time your email was reviewed on the next working day, the order had already been processed and collected by our fulfilment partner, meaning we no longer had the ability to amend the delivery address.
At no point did we dismiss your concerns. We explained the status of the order based on the information available to us and advised that the parcel had already entered the shipping network. Once this stage is reached, neither we nor our warehouse team can alter the delivery details.
While we understand your frustration, the issue arose from an incorrect address being selected during checkout rather than from any failure in service on our part. We processed and dispatched the order within the expected timeframe, and unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for customer-entered address errors after an order has been released for shipment.
We always strive to assist our customers wherever possible, but there are limits to what can be changed once an order has been processed and handed over for delivery.
