Would give 0 stars if possible. My parcel was noted as delivered (earlier than stated)however it was left outside my front door on the picture and by the time I returned home it was gone so I never had it or have seen it. I raised this to the business and asked for a refund/ replacement under section 29 of the consumer rights act which states the seller has responsibility until the parcel is directly handed to the customer. The business has flat out refused to help refusing to refund or replace and is perfectly happy with me paying for a product and not receiving it. Disgusting and rude customer service I would avoid this business at all costs. Especially with an ongoing case over them. Can provide evidence if needed for people to avoid this business.

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience. We take claims of missing parcels very seriously and fully investigated this matter with both the courier and our internal team.
The parcel was marked as delivered with photographic evidence provided by the courier. During the investigation, we requested supporting evidence relating to the alleged theft, including a crime reference number, however this was not provided. As a result, both the courier and ourselves were unable to substantiate the claim and the case was therefore declined.
With regard to the Consumer Rights Act, Section 29 does state that goods remain at the seller’s risk until delivered to the consumer. However, delivery can still be considered fulfilled where the parcel has been delivered to the address provided and evidence of delivery has been supplied by the courier. Each case is assessed individually based on the evidence available.
We appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but we do reject the suggestion that we acted unfairly or rudely during the process. All communication was handled in line with our procedures and the evidence available to us at the time.

The darts were a few pound cheaper than Amazon and other darts online shops so ordered through Darts Corner. Free delivery and delivered by amazon literall within 24 hours of ordering - great service. I now will use Darts Corner before any other option. Brilliant service.

ordered £100 mission mystery box, came within 2 days, contents of box 2 sets of darts at my requested weight a dart shirt not a mission branded one? 1 set of mission force90 flights, one flight punch, 1 fllux mission hand warmer. 6 sets of mixed metal and plastic stems and 3 sets of flights. is this worth £100 - £150 as stated 100%
However dont do what i did and watch you tube opening reels as they make it look like a lot more than what i received.

My parcel was left on my doorstep and wasn’t there when I got home
My parcel was left on my doorstep and when I got home it wasn’t there due to where the courier service left it. I contacted via email and to this point I’ve still not had a response one week later. I contacted them by the chat the following day for the company to advise an investigation would be opened and I’d get a response in 72 hours, did I receive a response? No I did not! I then contacted them again for them to then tell me I need to fill out a claims form for it to then be looked into, a week later with no parcel and no help or communication to have it resolved. I got mixed communication from different people within the company and to say the least I won’t be ordering anything again.

I have purchased a lot in the past few…Amazon delivery rubbish
I have purchased a lot in the past few years and disappointed that they now use Amazon for deliveries when everything used to be sent using a reputable courier DPD. Every time Amazon give a time it changes some 4-5-6 times before we get the goods. HOW CAN YOU PLAN YOUR DAY WHEN THIS SECOND RATE COURIER CANNOT GIVE YOU A MORE ACCURATE TIME. DPD gave you an hour time slot and always on time. I thought EVRI was bad but this is worse.

Scuffed and opened item
I ordered from Darts Corner US store as I thought it would get to me in Canada sooner. It was shipped from the UK and took 2 weeks to get to me. The box for the darts case had previously been opened and the darts case had a visible scuff on the front. Not happy but still going to use it as it's not worth going to the trouble of returning it.
