Poor Packaging equals lost items... and lack of concern by DartShopper
We have made multiple orders through dartshopper. No matter how I input my address in their shipping information, they continue to use "0" for my house number, which makes for trips to the post office trying to chase each package.
The most recent shipment had one piece of tape on the box with two large punctures on the front. When we opened the box, one of the two packages of points was appearing to be unopened, but none of the 3 points were in the package and of that, 2 were lose in the box, 1 missing.
More than a week ago, we put on for return request to see about having the points replaced. We received an email back to advise they would advise next steps "soon", with notes that we have to cover shipping to return the 2 points in order to get 3 back. Not usually an issue, but we live in Canada so the shipping costs exceed the cost of points. There is also a note on dart shopper's site talking about 40% depreciation in some cases.
All we are trying to get is either a refund that we can apply to our next order, or the points replaced now. How is that a lot to ask of a shipper to a regular customer?

I love the website
I love the website, and your products. Good service here as usual.
But I'm having problems with UPS. I pay 40 euro in transport witch is a lot, and the driver just deliever to a UPS location without even trying to deliever to me. This has happend the last 3 times I ordered, witch is frustrating because I pay for home delivery.

No discount when there should've been
Offered a discount on all Luke littler products so I bought k flex and 2 sets of slk black 42mm and 2 sets of silver slk 42mm points.Only got a discount on the k flex even tho the slk points were also to be at a 15 percent discount.Didnt get the discount and sent them an email and didn't reply
