This is for sure the most unprofessional prop firm EVER!!
I Requested payout (every rule followed) on 11th of June. Now one month later it got rejected- but with NO explanation why. And still when I right them on email all I get is the answer:
Dear member, once the process is complete, you will receive an email notification. Due to the high volume of emails we are currently experiencing, please be patient while waiting for your email. We are doing our best to resolve this. Have a pleasant day. Best regards, Fast Forex Funding Team.
Also I had another account that they just shut down (also with no valid reason)
I have been trading with several companies but this is the most unprofessional and extremely bad service I have ever experienced.
I will never recommend anyone using this.
