Very slow to respond or no response at all. Tries to push blame on customer for their mistakes, then tries to make you feel stupid for contacting them. Unacceptable.

We took delivery of the BlackVue …

We took delivery of the BlackVue DR470-2CH Dashcam to install for a customer that required a quality camera system for fleet management. The installation was quick and the BlackVue unit easily integrated to the vehicle. Flashing to the most recent firmware was also quick and easy. Guidance from the BlackVue website was informative and allowed quick setup. The technical information and support are excellent!

I would wholeheartedly recommend the BalackVue dashcam to anyone considering a worthy contender in the automotive camera system market.

Excellent purchase experience

I purchased a camera after asking questions on live chat. Rep was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My camera arrived on time, as ordered and worked for the intended purpose. Price was good too.
I will be a repeat customer.

Was skeptical of purchasing but after speaking with rep on phone and getting the answers to my questions I was OK, Dashcambros.com provides excellent support and service and seems very reliable with decent pricing of its products

Excellent advice and service

Kenton was very helpful in selecting just the right cam for my vehicle. Delivery was amazingly fast. The promo code discount sealed the deal with a great price. I would definitely order from them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Thinkware F770

Hooked up a front & rear F770 camera on my Ford Explorer SUV. Initial "test" video looked great!! Installation instructions/hook up are easy. Called a couple of times for assistance and was treated great and questions answered. Only concern is when I signed up at website, the home page was not in english. Further, instructions may need a little proofreading. Nonetheless, I am happy with my purchase and quality of video(s) and equipment!!

Amazing!!!

When my dashcam arived I did not check the contents of the box, and the hard wire instalation kit was missing. I did no relise this, until my install appointment at Bestbuy. I called, and within two minutes, I was speaking to someone, and they were the most helpfull customer service rep I have ever spoken with. I am rating five stars, because even though a part was left out of my order, the customer service I recieved was the best. It is so rare for a company to handle an issue in a positive way, and Dashcam Bros did. Do not fear spending your money here!

Excellent resource for purchase and information

The website is very thorough and gives detailed information about all of the available products. I have to say the chat feature was the best part, I was able to ask questions and received prompt answers. It led me to purchase two cameras and am very pleased. I would recommend them to anyone.

My order was cancelled because the system accepted a promo code in error.

You cancelled my order because your system accepted a promo code. Fix your system. If the promo code wasn't valid, it should not have accepted it and let me proceed with the order. This promo code should have been honored even if it was in error, then fixed for other customers after me. I hadn't checked my email and had wondered where my order was...assumed shipping was really slow or something. Then I got an email this afternoon asking how you did. You did crappy.

Great customer service

Kenton helped me choose the best dash cam for my needs. He was incredibly patient and very nice. I asked to be sure, and his company is based out of the US so native English speakers will never have translation errors if they need help. Always a plus!
