Refund or exchange didn't accepted I believed in you from the refund and exchange policy as I am not sure about my product whether it will be for my car and later you made excuses said 70/- return shipping charge I still accepted it but later you are saying the return and exchange charge is only 200/- which is the cost of product poor experience
