*Disappointing Experience - Received Used Item Instead of New*

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from dascameras.in, Despite ordering a brand new 70mai A810, I was shocked to receive a used item instead.

The packaging was ok but when I open the item showed clear signs of wear and tear. As a customer, it's unacceptable to receive a used item when you've paid for a new one.

The seller's lack of transparency and accountability is alarming. I've tried to contact them, but the response has been unsatisfactory.

The delivery was prompt. The packing was safe. The product is sealed and they always provided cable hooks which was a surprise. Overall a very good experience

Used Product

Overall packaging and the product is very good.
the fuse cable provided were messed up, all the fuse cables were of the same colour.

The order is not delivered and the amount is not refunded so beware before payment and order better to order from somewhere else

This is the second time I bought dash cam and fully satisfied!!
Fast delievery, no issues with packing and working well.
Hope in future we can get the similar support for after sale service, in case if it's required!

Honestly, before ordering on dashcameras, I was skeptical whether it was a legitimate site or not. After some amount of googling I got the confidence to go ahead and purchase. Thereafter, the experience has been super smooth. I have done multiple purchases. Regular updates about the status of the order, delivering the order through reliable courier services, packaging, everything is well sorted. What's more, they even have a helpline, though this can be more professionally done! I even happened to contact the helpline and the person on the other side was genuinely interested to know the issue and sort it out. I wish dashcameras all the best.

DDPAI X5 PRO Camera built quality and functioning are good. However, (iOS) app interface freezes frequently rendering dashcam useless. DDPAI need to work on this issue on priority considering difficulty faced by existing customers.

The product U1000 from thinkware works well and comes with complete installation kit along with the package expect the Fuse stopper. And they have suggested a good place for the product installation.
