Another killer buy through Dashdot. Again the property was found incredibly fast, the statistical reasoning was very sound and the process was smooth. If you fully place your trust in these guys you wont be disappointed, the time and expertise is something I simply dont have.

Very helpful along the whole process! Tamara and the team were great. Process did take a bit longer than was stated initially, but the service was excellent overall.

Our experience with Dashdot has been really exceptional - we cannot recommend them highly enough! We tried initially to create an investment property portfolio on our own, but just didn’t have the time, resources, data or experience required, and found ourselves with the wrong type of property, not structured correctly, not getting nearly enough capital growth for what we needed and stuck at just one investment property because we couldn’t afford any more with the hugely negative cashflow. Being introduced to Dashdot by a trusted partner, was such a relief for us – to know that we could leave finding exactly the right property to absolute professionals, to help get us back onto a solid investment path. A special shout out to Reece our amazing client manager who was so friendly, proactive and responsive to all our questions .. but in fact the whole Dashdot team have been so professional and easy to work with. They really are a well-oiled machine that conducted more due diligence for us than we ever possibly could have, with all of their partners and networks in place to make the entire process straightforward and easy from start to finish. I got onto Dashdot after discovering their podcasts, which led to me enquiring about their services about 12 months after I first started listening. I wanted to use a professional service to help me get started with the right property for my goals, and Dashdot seemed like a good fit.

What I loved about using Dashdot was the constant communication and availability whenever I had any questions. Dally was my property specialist and he was an absolute pro guiding me through my first purchase and advising me along the way. While their fee can be quite steep compared to other services, I believe you’re paying for exceptional expertise and customer service. At the end of the day, I still had to take a leap of faith to engage their services, but I’m glad I did. I’ll certainly look to use them again the future!

I used Dashdot as I liked the data driven approach and have been happy with the process, the team and the results so far. I had previously used buyers agents and purchased other investment properties that were not based on data but more on opinions and have not had great returns. Travis was great to deal with and helped with every step of the process to make it go as smoothly as possible. Travis and the team also listened to any feedback and addressed where possible. They have also followed up after the purchase to help with any issues. I have used Dashdot multiple times and would recommend.

We loved how they were able to analyse all the data for us and present it all in an adaptable report with projections and costs etc. They handled all the leg work making the process a lot less stressful and hooked us up with all the required people involved. From the first interaction to the end, the experience was very good and we managed to secure our property with the help of many in the team, but specific call out to Dally Nijjar, for his persistence, reworking of the brief to suit our needs, following up and through until we settled. The quality of the presentations for all the properties I was shown was incredible and being a data person, dashdot just had it all.

We've been clients of Dash Dot for a couple of years now and we've bought two properties through them. My wife and I are a young couple living in Melbourne and we decided early on that we would rather rent-vest and purchase investment properties instead of our own home to live in because there are much more affordable options in other parts of Australia. Although Dash dot's professional fees are expensive I believe that we received good value for money due to the initial comprehensive portfolio planning session and strategies for purchasing our two investments. Our client manager Nic Denshire is a true expert and professionally handled every aspect of our purchase. I will say that the wait during "active search" (This is the phase where DD look for properties that match your brief undergo thorough and rigorous due diligence) was a bit gruelling but it was definitely worth it when Dash Dot found and successfully negotiated the right property. We now feel secure that our financial future is on the right track. Thanks Dash dot for all your help thus far!
