Excellent Service from Start to Finish
I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this company. Everything went smoothly from collection to delivery, and the team was always very helpful, polite and professional.
Whenever I had a question or needed anything, I could easily contact them and they were always there to help. I also really appreciated the communication throughout the whole process. They kept me updated along the way, including phone calls to let me know what stage the delivery was at, so I was never left wondering what was happening.
My belongings were handled with care, and the whole process of moving from the UK to Greece felt much easier and less stressful because of their support and professionalism.

Great communication and price
Dash express works with major providers and manages to give you much better price than you would otherwise have.
Also it is very easy to reach out and communicate. I followed the instructions how to package and got my olive oil delivered from Greece to the Netherlands without any issue. I am enjoying it as we speak :)

The personalized approach. They were easy to find, answered all my questions, and followed up on the pickup of my package. They also re-organised the pickup and called me afterwards to make sure everything was OK.

My parcel received destroyed externally and full of tape. Also inside a few items were completely damaged and impossible to use.
I filled a complain, I received a call that someone would have worked on it and since 2 months now I have no news and neither any email where I can follow up.

Following our initial response, you contacted us directly and we were able to identify and review the shipment.
During our subsequent communication, it was clarified that the damage had originally been reported directly to partner carrier following delivery, rather than to DASH. This explains why we had no record of a damage report or pending claim in our own communication channels and were therefore unaware that the matter remained unresolved.
We are genuinely sorry that your parcel arrived in the condition shown in the photographs you subsequently provided. Unfortunately, as DASH was first made aware of the incident more than two months after delivery, the timeframe for us to initiate a new damage claim with the carrier had already passed.
Nevertheless, we acknowledged the condition in which the shipment arrived and offered a goodwill credit towards a future shipment from DASH.
We regret the inconvenience caused by the damaged parcel and appreciate that our subsequent communication allowed us to clarify what had happened.
