I ordered 2 hoodies, the material doesn’t look anything like the picture on the website. It’s shiny and looks of poor quality. I emailed and asked how I can refund the items. I was offered a 20% off coupon to keep them. Why would I want more of their items, I don’t. I told them that, so they said I can get a refund of 15% or return the items to China with expensive shipping. Save your money, don’t order from this company.

Terrible quality on an oddly shaped sweatshirt. Utterly useless to me.

The items the sell are not the ones they show online. I received photo copied clothes and they refused to send a return label. The return address on the package is not correct, therefore I had to keep emailing and they kept offering a discount on other items. Needless to say I donated the items to the thrift store and went through my credit card company for a full refund.Do not waste your money with this company!

Easy ordering and check out. Nice photos of items. Wish there were pictures of the back of the shirts/sweatshirts.

I ordered a woollen knit jumper for my partner for Christmas from Dashingsoul, and the experience has been a nightmare. After waiting five weeks for it to arrive from China, I received something completely different—a cheap polyester item resembling an ice hockey jersey instead of the high-quality knit jumper advertised.

When I contacted their support team with images of what I ordered versus what I received, they told me I would have to cover the return shipping costs, even though the mistake was theirs. Now, they’ve stopped responding to my emails entirely, leaving me without a refund unless I pay more to ship the item back to them.

This company is a complete scam—false advertising, terrible customer service, and unethical return policies. Save yourself the trouble and avoid buying from Dashingsoul.

I ordered my daughter a sweatshirt from dashingsoul.com for Christmas. It arrived, but not at all as pictured. It is a terribly strange material. It's like cheap felt inside, and stiff polyester outside. The stitching and draestring on the blue "sweatshirt" is white, which looks stupid and isn't how the
photo was. I showed my daugjter, she was disappointed. We emailed them 3 times to return, NO RESPONSE for weeks. $45 gone. I took it to goodwill. Then I got an email from them regarding a return. Too late, it's gone. And i feel like the return would be jumping through a lot of hoops.

Appalling delivery service. One package was delivered erroneously to a garage door that is not mine. Package was subsequently stolen by the time I discovered their error. Communications with them and the carrier have been fruitless despite photo evidence. AVOID

Took forever. Poor customer support. When they arrived, tops are all shiny and cheap. Not 100% cotton as listed on website. No fabric content label. No care label. It’s probably not even legal to sell garments this way. Do not recommend.

So sad. Bought one as a gift for my son. It’s polyester!!! The design in real life is nowhere near as delicate and beautiful as online. Should have known better. I almost bought several. Glad I decided to get one and see how it was. Two thumbs DOWN!!

Bought two t shirts as a gift… one had a mark on the front and the other has huge stitching issues… emailed the contact email to return the items and it kept not delivering…. £48 wasted…. Terrible quality, terrible customer service, terrible waste of money.

Jacket looks NOTHING like the picture. Polyester fabric, no quilting. Like your grandmother would wear that stinks of sweat.

I love the Japanese styling of the Dashing Soul products. They also offer sea life imagery which I appreciate as well. I have placed four orders!
