Smelly e-liquids

After my first order, which I was satisfied with, I placed a second order. Unfortunately, this one was a big disappointment.

Two of the e-liquids I received were completely unusable due to a strong unpleasant smell. Because of this, I cannot use them at all.

The seller’s response was that everything is fine, and they offered a $5 credit as compensation. Considering that the products are entirely unusable, I find this completely inadequate.

Since then, they have not been willing to resolve the issue further and have stopped responding to my emails.

Dashvapes is great!

I've been primarily ordering through dashvapes for years. They have fast delivery, reasonable prices, and a great selection. I wish they had a larger selection of older coils and mods but I know it's a rapidly evolving industry so I can't fault them for that.

Orders come in relatively fast, had one interaction with their support team that was honestly very rude and not professional but other than that this site’s good.

I ONLY shop here.

I have only bought from dashvapes for about 5 years now. I refuse to buy anywhere else because the selection does not compare. I have become accustomed to one specific flavor of juice I cannot get anywhere else and I refuse to use anything but. My orders have always shipped insanely fast and make it to my door at or before the estimated date (never more than a few days). On the rare occasion I have neded to contact support, they have been speeedy to respond and more than helpful. This is the only vape store as far as I'm concerned.
