Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service, not answering calls for 2 days in a row, their online chat is not replying. Shipment still stuck with no movement at all. I called Canada Post, and they don't have an answer to where is the package. I called the nearest Dashvape Store, and they don't have any authority to help. I think that this business is not run by people who understand the basic customer support needs. I only need my money back, since no package delivered, and the shipping company is hired by Dashvape can return the product to them. I'm not going to chase ghosts as a client.

My bff went into the Pickering location…

My bff went into the Pickering location 12/1/25.
She ordered $600 worth of juice. They never sent the empty bottles, so she went in to pick them up. Found out the $11 bottles weren’t included in the cost. Not a problem. She asked them to transfer the liquid into the empty bottles as she has terrible mobility issues. They always do. The rude sales girl refused, said it was against policy. I called head office. I explained they always fill them. To which she replied, they fired the last manager as he overcompensated. You guys are pathetic. You lost thousands, through 3 of us. I’ll make sure to tell everyone how heartless you are. The almighty dollar hey! Must be a new way of doing things. We’ve shopped there for 6 years. Nice reply. Carry on.

As the employee explained to you, we are *LEGALLY* not allowed to split the bottles, as then EACH bottle would have the excise tax applied to it.

You would have paid almost double the price for us to split it up, not because we want to, but because the government says so.

Excellent experience

Since I found this site, I haven't bought vape juice from anywhere else. I love the opportunity to buy in bigger sizes instead of small flasks. Saves a ton when you find the flavours that you really like.

Opposite of the Negative Claims — 100% Trustworthy

I’ve been a DashVapes customer and my experience has been the complete opposite of what another reviewer described. I order directly from DashVapes.com, always receive confirmation emails, and shipping is reliable here in Denmark through DHL. I even experienced a refund from DashVapes that was processed within 24 hours. DashVape is my only place for all vape needs — thank you!

DO NOT USE, scam!!!

DO NOT USE. They take your money, no confirmation email or shipping info. I spent $150. After several attempts, I was advised to contact Cargo Continental Express for shipping info, was then advised I had to pay additional $200 (refundable apparently) insurance fee. The fee covers the issuance of a temporary insurance permit, goods on hold until paid. Was not advised this at time of purchase from Dash Vapes, and I had already paid $25 delivery from Brisbane to Melbourne. I cancelled oder, but Cargo Continental Express hold goods for a month then return to seller. I was advised to contact seller after a month for refund.
After many attempts to contact Dash Vapes, I get no response whatsoever. I have now reported them officially.

We do not use Cargo Continental Express - we use Canada Post and ship out of Canada.

We also do not see any attempts to contact us from this name, nor an order under this name.

We have never heard or seen any such thing as a $200 insurance coverage fee.

Are you sure you submitted your order with DashVapes? If so, please email sales@dashvapes.com with your order ID so we can investigate what may have happened.

Great customer support

So, I had just submitted an order when an hour later the Black Friday sale began. I thought I was out of luck, but thought I could try asking. I reached out on the live messaging and explained the situation. Samuel replied back quickly and said that he could get me the discount and refund the money back to me.

This was the second time he assisted me today and just wanted to give him a shout-out for helping me out.
