Waiting on Customer Service
Will be willing to change or remove this when resolved. Received my camera late despite being offered a specific delivery (no biggie it's almost Xmas and couriers make promises they can't keep). However, when it did eventually arrive there are parts missing, meaning I cannot give an actual review as I cannot use it. I am submitting this for the 5% refund offer and will change to a new review when I can actually describe my experience both with the product and service. I look forward to deleting this in due course.

Just finished the process of returning my omni dash cam, could not get on with it. Have purchased before a camera for my bike and that is great. I have ordered a Dash Cam Pro so can't really give a review on that yet. Customer service have been excellent and assisted me all the way to returning the dash cam without any trouble.

Top Company for After sale care
I cant recommend these guys highly enough. Absolute first class after sales service. I will have no hesitation in making further purchases from them. Harry has gone above and beyond to help a damsel in distress to help me through the installation and set up.

Dash cam pro
I’m only going to give it 4 stars at the minute as I have a problem with the SD card as it keeps saying format failure but they seem happy to resolve the problem once it is resolved then I will update it to 5 stars, the dash cam was delivered on time the picture quality of the front camera seems ok but I know better once I can format the SD card. I think for the price it is it does it’s job. Once it is fixed I can test out the rear camera then I will put that on the review as well.

Easy to set up and not annoying screen to distract your attention of driving.
Camera quality is excellent and the app is easy to use.
Brought one for me and another for my daughter. Im purchasing another for my hubby next week.

Interfearence
The Pro if switched on at the same time as the engine renders the keyless start not working.I have to start the engine first before switching on the cam,bit of a nuisance. There must be a signal from the cam that blocks the keyless starting.

No Customer Service!!!!!!
Excellent communication kept informed from initial order to final delivery, arrived within days.
But Now…….
EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - THERE IS NON !!!!!
I received an email from Dashvision asking me to write a review and in return they would refund 5% on my last purchase.
It has now been over a month and I have sent numerous emails had no one has had the courtesy to respond!!!!

Tried to return product. But doing so is so difficult as you guys kept diverting me to buy more products, I asked 3 times for the return address kept being provided with offers and a 10% refund of any payments made, I just wanted to return it stop trying to sell when it's clearly not wanted, I wanted to return as device doesn't record over night without the additional spending for additional hardware then taken to someone to get it fit just not needed

Bought dash cam and they adverising next day delivery. 3 working days passed and no delivery. Status Label created and no reply to emails. Not good service at all.
8/12/2025 still no delivery , received 3 template emails and no product. This company is a froud by the looks of it.
