I purchased the Dasung Paperlike monitor for my Mac, hoping for an eye-friendly solution, but it’s been a really frustrating experience. Even after following all instructions and installing the Paperlike client, I have to reinstall the client every time I turn on the monitor, and it only works about 50% of the time. I bought a different adapter at my own expense and even hired a computer professional to come over, but nothing fixed the issue.
To make matters worse, Dasung’s customer service was atrocious. I emailed them numerous times asking for help, and they responded with cryptic and unhelpful answers. They repeatedly asked me to send them a video, but when I asked what kind of video they needed, they wouldn’t clarify.
Overall, I’m extremely disappointed. The product is unreliable, and the customer support is unresponsive. I give this experience 1 star.
