Känner mig utnyttjad och lurad

Gick dit för en skadad laptop skärm. Den skulle ev bli klar nästa dag. Det var den äldre herren som tog emot. Han var trevlig.

Efter en vecka är den fortfarande inte färdig. De skulle ringa när den var klar. Jag går dit istället och då är den klar.

Jag trodde också det var fel på muspekaren för den hade slutat funka. Det var inget fel på den. Det var bara en knapp man skulle trycka på. Istället för att bara säga det så tar de 200 spänn för detta! Det tycker jag är sjukt låg nivå och dålig kundservice!
Man känner sig utnyttjad.
Det var den yngre mannen som var där när jag hämtade ut datorn.
Han är inte det minsta trevlig. Noll service känsla.
Den äldre mannen var trevligare. Kanske han hade varit schysstare mot mig? 🤷‍♀️
