Datatech data recovery service is by far the best recovery service I have used in the last 10 years, fast and accurate, very good customer service if not the best.

A big thanks to Ricky and the team at DataTech Labs. They were fast and professional all the way. My drive (my life) was saved and it didn't cost me a ton like the other place I checked out (they also said it could take several weeks to get my data back unless I paid for faster service). I would highly recommend them if you find yourself in the same situation! Thanks!

My computer literally crashed and I lost all my data! Fortunately, much was saved to the zip drive which also broke when the casing fell off. Data Tech Labs was able to restore it and re issue it to me for a minimal fee of $600. Happy to pay it. Quick, friendly and accessible service. I highly recommend the company.

They did a great job on the data recovery! It took awhile, and I didn't want to pay for the premium service to get it done quicker, but I had the luxury of flexibility of that timing. Professional staff.

The folks at DataTech were very nice, kept me informed of status every step of the way, excellent service all the way around. They determined if they were able to recover any data first and provided me an estimate of cost once it was determined as well as giving me an approximate date of completion. They had my data back in my hands well before the estimate and recovered it 100%. Very pleased with this company.

my computer crashed as did the zip drive in it which became corrupted. Data Tech and its owner/manager Dalton Metzer saved my professional life. I sent the damaged zip drive and he recovered everything in it. Cost was $600, but well worth it. Very accessible staff.Prompt and courteous. Always responded to my inquiries. He sent me back a totally new and restored zip drive with my life work on it.

DataTech Labs Data Recovery did a great job. Took a little over a week and recovered most all of the data I had on a external drive the crashed.

It was hard to spend the money for a recovery of a lot of our old pictures but when you go back and look it priceless of those memories. Worth every penny. They were great to deal with and did in a very timely manner! Good job DataTech!

Fast, efficient and thorough.

Rickey & his engineering team was extremely helpful regarding communication b/t me and our IT personnel. They conveyed what was the problem, explained what was involved to fix it as well as the costs and risks involved, and then got the job done. We received the data recovery package intact last WED and were back & running our program THU right where we had left off. I would highly recommend this group as they know what they are doing. Expensive but thoroughly complete service.

Excellent and professional staff. The gal at the reception desk was lovely and informative, very helpful. Rickey, gentleman that helped me recover he data, was very thorough, friendly, and informative during every step of the process. They were able to expedite the process so that I could make my film festival deadline. Great service! Thank you!
