They are scammers
They are scammers! Suddenly out of nowhere a USD$7 weekly subscription was charged to my credit card for 4 consecutive weeks.
Won’t give me refund, total scam

Like others I too have been scammed without knowledge. £5.99 weekly payment since Nov 2025 via PayPal. Be very wary of this company.
Date Digital is 100% nonsense. Absolutely a useless company . Please dont waste any money with this so called company. This company somehow gets people to sign up . Should be permanently shut down in my opinion
Never heard of them till 7.99 started coming out of my PayPal account. They falsely used it set up a DIGIOWL site (or some sort of subscription with them) and I'm struggling to get a refund.
These criminals have twice tried to take my money. First time from my bank account, second time from my PayPal account.
I have never subscribed to any services they offer. Avoid them like the plague.
If I could leave zero stars I would.
I don't even know what this company is and I went through a questionnaire on Vinted and automatically got signed up for a subscription for £5.99 a week. Luckily I received an email from Paypal telling me it had been set up and have been able to cancel it before any payment went out.
Judging by all the other reviews they are just scam artists and hoping people don't notice until it's too late.
As with the other reviews I found I was signed up for this having used PayPal for another reason. Fortunately I picked it up quickly so have only paid for one week. Cancelling the recurring payment in PayPal was pretty straightforward
Total scam, selling on Vinted questionnaire came up and asked if I had a PayPal account, red flag right there and should and do know better to have logged in… but 7am on a Sunday I was a little groggy did so and it automatically set up a £5.99 recurring payment.
Had to really delve into PayPal to find these recurring payments but on doing so I was able to cancel the same day i stupidly signed up.
No idea to this day what there supposed service is or what the weekly £5.99 fee was for, no emails from them congratulating me on my scam purchase notifying me on how to use this scammy weekly membership.
All designed to catch you unaware and take £5.99 from you weekly until the next time you login to PayPal and realise someone’s been rustling around in your wallet all too late.
Total scam. They popped up while I was trying to register a new firestick via my phone. I was silly enough to give my paypal details as I thought it must be part of the registration. Checked paypal afterwards and saw that they proposed to charge $5.49 every week for God knows what. Stopped these criminals in time
Also been scammed by these guys after the page popped up while trying to download a parking app. No idea how it happened but they blocked it and i have contacted PayPal.
This us a scam and i didnt even realise for a month that £5.99 was coming out of my personal accou t through paypal, i have no idea who this company is. They stole my money, clearly paypal is not secure at all. It makes me want to close tye account to be honest.
I am fuming, nit used pay pal for a long time, paid a deposit through them, then I scammed through this bloody Data digital company.
They took £5.99 out of my bank account, also wanted to collect £5.99 per week for what?
Got in touch with pay pal, they refused to refund me.
Thought pay pal was secure, obviously not......totally bloody scam.
Scam. No idea where they got my details from but have been charging me a nominal amount 4 times per month. Thankfully only for one month. Filed fraud report with PayPal and cancelled the payments moving forward.
I couldn't tell you how this company got my PayPal account info but they somehow were set up for automatic payment but thankfully there was ZERO FUNDS. When I looked at the invoice it said I had an outstanding balance with them in the amount of $1,206.49 USD! INSANE! I can't even tell you anything about them. Scam artists apparently
Stole money... Set up reoccurring payment, I cancelled it obviously, I did not sign up...scam company, thieves.
I received an email notification from Date Digital and PayPal regarding a reoccurring payment from my account for $9.99 advising that it was something i had committed to on 19/9/25, I could not & still don't recall this transaction with them & when I investigated, I found it was for the 1st monthly fee for the Kontent Cloud Lifestyle Club, so because I did not recall this transaction, so i stopped the PP payment & emailed Date Digital 21/9/25 asking what it was about, they replied 22/9/25 saying it was for membership of the above Club & provided limited details, saying I subscribed on 18/09/25 ?, but they had decided to cancelled my subs & there would be no further payments, but according to them "the good news was that I still had access to their amazing content till the end of the billing cycle, so I emailed them 24/9/25 advising I wanted a full refund of my money they had taken for the 1st month subs as I thought it may have been a Scam, they then advised on the 25/9/25 that my signup was valid, but provided no proof, as I had requested, saying they were only refunding as a good will gesture, PayPal advised of $9.99 of the refund 26/9/25, I have visited the Website a couple of times during these discussions and noted that there are 2 sites, one of Date Digital & one for Konent Cloud lifestyle, which are almost identical, both provide very little info on what they are about as a consequence I decided to write this review to warn others of this probable Scam?
