I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent workshop that I attended hosted by you.
I had eagerly signed up for the workshop with the expectation of participating in a live and interactive session, as explicitly promised in the promotional materials and registration details. However, to my dismay, the workshop turned out to be a pre-recorded video that was played without any interaction or real-time engagement.
This experience not only left me feeling misled and frustrated but also resulted in a significant waste of both my time and money. I was looking forward to the opportunity to learn, engage with the presenter, and ask questions in real-time. Instead, I found myself watching a recorded video, which I could have accessed at my own convenience without the need to register or pay for the workshop.
What adds to my disappointment is the lack of responsiveness from your end when I reached out to express my concerns and request a refund. The absence of any reply or acknowledgment is incredibly unprofessional and reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction and ethical business practices.
I believe in giving feedback constructively, and I hope that you take this message as an opportunity to improve your services. The discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered is not only misleading but also damages the trust that customers like me place in your company.
I strongly urge you to address this matter promptly and professionally. I would appreciate a response addressing my concerns, as well as a resolution regarding the refund for the workshop fee.
As a customer who values transparency, honesty, and respectful communication.
