Worst environment ever…thought it was mainly for adults…go in and there’s 200 12 years old running around and everyone was standing around waiting to be seated…had some group in there wanting donations and they were very very rude ppl…wish I could give negative marks on this place a 1 star rating is way to good

Dave & Busters in Mobile ALA, has no method of seating. Doesn’t honor reservations, puts you on a list for seating and states 45 minute wait upon returning they state 125 minute wait beyond the 45 minutes. Has young MPD officers standing around in the arcade on their phones. Would not recommend as a family outing.

This is a review on Dave and buster customer service line. Long long waiting time on phone only to ask a simple question and the customer representative have an answer to that. Have to transfer me to an other department where I have to wait another 15 or so minutes for some one to pick up the phone. The question you may asked. Can I use an electronic D&B gift card to pay for the remaining of my bill once I get there? Seriously having to to go through 2 different departments for that?

I'm at Dave and Bustas in Cary NC 12/27/24 15:11 p.m. The bar is filthy and the empty tables need to be cleaned. The customer service is terrible too. I'm standing at the bar looking up at the TV waiting to order, when I look down the bartender is staring at me. No may I take your order just looking at me.

I had a great time at Dave & Buster’s! The atmosphere is fun and lively, perfect for a night out with friends. I enjoyed the variety of games, from classic arcade favorites to the latest VR experiences.

The food was surprisingly good—my burger was juicy and flavorful, and the appetizers were tasty. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our experience even better.

Overall, I highly recommend Dave & Buster’s for a fun night of gaming and delicious food. It’s a great spot for all ages!

Vestal New York. The food the amazing but I payed extra for a food special that comes with a 30 minute unlimited game play card. I was not told that I could not get any prizes bc I got that meal and I got over 10000 points then my kids were extremely sad and mad that they could not get any prizes. So I payed for “prizes” that I didn’t get, I payed for my kids to be happy and get food but they ate and where happy then they got over to the games and find out I payed for nothing.😡😡😡

Our experience was great due to the manager Mr. Pham. This was at the Springfield Town Center Mall. We had multiple problems with our Dave & Buster's card. error after error. Mr. Pham apologies for the inconvenience and corrected all of our concerns. It was our daughter's birthday party. She turned 10 years old. Thank you, Mr. Pham,

I took a group of school kids to Dave and Busters in Lynnwood WA. I was so happy with the service we receive. The manager Anthony Angel greeted us at the door with such a friendly smile and hello and walked us back to the party room. Anthony and the staff there had the room all set up and ready to go. He had all the cards ready for them to play and lunch ready at the time he said lunch would be ready. Anthony and the staff there did there very best to make sure that our school kids had the best time there and that everything was taken care of. Our school kids were so happy and had the best time.

ZERO SERVICE AFTER WAITING 10 MINUTES. Walked out....

We attended the Santa breakfast. First the games were great with the 10.00 card.
The breakfast lacked in a huge way!!!! Think Santa breakfast is a kid event! Kid breakfast food needs to be served. Pancakes, cereal, sausage, bacon, fruit. Has browns filled with soggy vegetables not a kid thing, scrambled eggs are great for adults, bagels are ok but cinnamon rolls are better or muffins.
There was not a huge crowd and you’re running out of food before the line is half way thru. Food was extremely and the service staff was more interested in doing pictures with Santa and talking than providing coffee and water.
I am sure the event could have been extremely successful if the breakfast was improved a 100%

Although I initially found this place to be enjoyable, I have noticed a significant increase in prices over time. Additionally, I feel that the machines offer only a brief period of fun without much variety. It raises the question of whether the main focus is on providing a memorable experience for customers or simply maximizing profits quickly. Unfortunately, this has left me with no desire to return and play again.

We love visiting this place for games, especially during Summer break! Unfortunately, they don't currently offer the food and game combo, but we might come back later based on our server's recommendation.

SILVER SPRING MD DAVE N BUSTERS after an hour of gaming, went to exchange our tickets for prizes. Saw a Tanooki Mario i wanted, asked if they have one that's on display. The rude associate told me "why? The one i have is not good enough for you? And if its Covid you're worried about, i don't believe in Covid!"..speechless!

I had a blast here with my nephew recently. I have to admit it’s a good place for adults but kids have a lot to do too. Nice staff very clean and good selections of games. Food was good too.

Horrible experience with the branch in Northridge, CA. The bartenders added hardly any real alcohol to our drinks, very watered down; also, the food gave one of our friends got food poisoning and my chicken sandwhich came out super undercooked. My “fried” chicken was cold and tasteless. The games were ok but some of the machines are our money and we lost tokens that way.

Waitress Lola was rude. When we asked for more drinks took forever saw her come toward table then realized she forgot drinks . Asked to see a menu again had to ask 2 times . Food was not great . Steak not done the way I asked . Then bill came we were 2 checks at table and they added tip to bill said we were a large party . Then at bottom of bill asking for more tip ???? We asked waitress to explain she raised her voice and got rude again . Beware !!! Will not be back !!!

White Marsh TERRIBLE BATHROOMS. DISGUSTING!!! BAD BARTENDER!!! Daytime bartender (with orangish hair)is RUDE, SLOW and LAZY. Bathrooms on the weekends are clogged and dirty. We will never go again !!! Managers don't care.

Super fun gaming place. It’s like a grownups wonderland :) they have everything you need when it comes to sports or games .

After spending 2 hours playing we went to the restaurant and was put on a waiting list. After expected wait time I asked hostess for an update on our table and she said she lost our reservations. I was beyond angry because my husband was willing to just leave after waiting 45 minutes for a table. I had to ask for a manager. A good hostess would fix this and we would have never known. Hannah has alot to learn but I'm glad she showed up for work. I overheard that 2 people had called in sick so they were short staffed in the restaurant. I just hope they don't have Covid. The game surfaces were sometimes sticky and I thought it should have been cleaner and cooler on the game floor. It was hot, sweaty and miserable plus we had to wear masks making it more unbearable. I don't think we will be returning. My daughter won a game that was supposed to drop a prize and it did not. The game malfunctioned, but I was able to get an attendant to get the prize for her.
