Dave Halstead has been the best trainer and friend you can ever use. He makes you feel very comfortable with yourself while achieving your goals.I’ve been working with him for 2 months now and already have more confidence and stamina then I did when I was 18 years old. He has changed my life around just helping me believe in myself. Dave pushes you and helps you change your body inside and out. I met Dave at the end of 2021, and I was blown away at how much he could tell me about myself and my personal program. After listening to him one on one I decided it was going to be impactful for me to hire him as a trainer. From the jump I knew Dave was more than a trainer in the gym. Dave is a great trainer and motivator! He constantly challenged me to do my best. Even when overcoming some serious health issues.
I guess the best compliment for Dave is that when I am in the gym now, I can hear his voice talking me through the evolution. He taught me how to look beyond just going through the motions.

When I met David I was 230 pounds, exhausted all the time and had lots of fat and no muscle. Fast forward several years later and I now weigh 125 pounds and have lots of muscles and no fat. David not only transformed my body through exercise and a healthy diet, but he transformed my life. He helped me develop a better sleep routine because I was always running on empty from lack of sleep. He modified my exercise routine as needed around my limitations because of several surgeries. He is always supporting me and believing in me even when I didn’t believe in myself. He pushes you hard because he knows you can do it. But even when he’s pushing hard, he does so in a caring way. I highly recommend David to anyone that wants to change their life for the better!! You will not only look better, but you will feel better. I have gained so much more than just muscles. I have gained confidence I never had before and I have David to thank for that. He’s the best!!
