The leather strap on the umbrella handle was damaged from beginning ( first open package).

Davek customer service is very good, especially the repair and replace service.
Furthermore, if your products should be more tough, I will raise your evaluation.

I am completely satisfied with your product. However, I believe that clear instructions on how to retain and protect the order numbers should be included with the umbrella. I nearly lost mine but fortunately managed to recover them. During that time, your customer service declined to provide the numbers again. I suspect many customers may not keep track of these numbers and could miss out on the protection you proudly promote.

It is very tough but too heavy for me

I bought a parasol. I'm happy with the quality, which is great for the price, but unfortunately, it's a bit too small for me since I'm 170cm tall. It would be perfect if the diameter were 10 to 15cm wider.

This parasol is sturdy and lightweight, with a compact canopy. It’s convenient for passing others in the city, but the canopy might be too small for those who want more protection from UV rays.
The parasol can be extended in two stages, but it’s a bit too long to fit inside a bag.
It would have been perfect if it had a hook to hang it on a bag, or an accessory to attach one.

I was looking for a sturdy and stylish folding umbrella and came across the DAVEK umbrella. It's a great product. The threads that hold the frame and canopy together are thin, so I was worried they might snap easily, but they have a lifetime warranty so I'm not worried. It's a great product.

This is a solid umbrella, which is great. However, for what I paid, I'm a little concerned about the quality because the frame isn't fitted to the fabric very precisely.
