Scam, Scam, Scam,... any time I have ordered from the advertisement shown on facebook, I've been scammed every single time smh. Makes you start to wonder huh.

Company doesn't deserve one star, but can't review on zero stars. Like everyone else here, I ordered a dog ramp in October 2020, email received to say it's on its way, then nothing. Contacted the tracking company, they couldn't find the package, said I would need to provide more info. Sent them everything I had, nothing.
Scam! Scam! Scam! I'm sure we all ordered a dog ramp to help our pets, as we were worried about them. I saw this on a Facebook advert, Perhaps they need to be made responsible for not checking the authenticity of their advertisers, as there now seem a lot of scams on Facebook.

As a lot of you I ordered a dog ramp from them in October. I've asked for a refund and they say I have to wait cos It may take a while to get to some areas. That was 2 emails ago now they don't answer. Still no dog ramp

can nothing been done??

I have also been fooled by daverno, when I ordered and paid for a dog ramp in November 2020.
Now they do not respond to emails even though I have announced that I will report them to the police.

This review should get a minus 75! You took my money for two doggie steps in October 2020 ! Now I got two cheap bracelets if they are worth 10 cents each! I want my money back! What scam! How the hell do you sleep at night

I got scammed too. Same story, ordered a dog ramp in November 2020. No reply on the emails and the site disappeared.

Same here!! Scammed with the dog ramp... one reply on delay and then site disappeared.

I also got scammed, ordered a dog ramp in September. Many emails to get refund. First few answered with it takes longer to reach some areas, no reply to last two emails.

I also got scammed paying for a dog ramp last October. We need to band together and make these con artists accountable. Has anyone taken this matter up with their consumer affairs department or ombudsman?

I think we have all been scammed. Ordered my dog ramp in October. Tracking said is was in port of departure Hong Kong now website has disappeared. It seemed a legit advert on Facebook. Do you think we can raise this with them or do I wave goodbye to my cash and put it down to experience and never order fro Facebook ads again?

Same as the others - ordered the dog ramp in October 2020 - nothing arrived and no refund or answer to emails. Would be 0 stars if I could.

Placed order on Oct. 20, 2020. No ramp, no refund, no communication. This is a ripoff.

Ordered the dog ramp on October 15th & never received. Emailed the company 3 times with no response & now see the site is down. And of course no one refunded.

I have ordered something three months now and received nothing....Tracking my order I see there is no movement...sent email to the company and receive no Answer....Lately I have seen that there site is not longer valid.....for me personally they are criminals.

Ordered dog ramp on October 9 2020. I have never received it. It has been over 3 months. I have sent 3 Emails and have received no response. Would never order from them again

Dog ramp....usual thing.....YOU PAY but ramp never arrives. I hv had replies to some emails...but just what you would expect....item somewhere in transit.
