Bought an Omega Deployment clasp which…

Bought an Omega Deployment clasp which was £215, Requested a refund on the 3rd of September 2021, Disregarded my cancelation request, Emailed me on the 7th of September saying it's arrived and would I like it sent, I requested AGAIN to cancel it, They said that's fine they'll contact the accounts department, Heard nothing so I messaged them again 10 days later (17th) Heard nothing AGAIN for another (5) days in which they said they'll contact the accounts department AGAIN. That's the last I heard from them it is now the 1st of October and I am still waiting on a refund, I have opened a PayPal dispute. I advise anyone not to order from here, An absolute disgrace, Got my refund from PayPal on the 13th of October. No reply from Davidcarpenterwatches at all.
