Ok first food takes way to long to come for what it is and one time I just ordered a drink that took about 30 minutes because some guy kept on making other peoples orders and everytime he tried to make mine more people just showed up and he started on there’s I get that it’s busy and not completely his fault but they should have a better system. And obviously. The first person who orders is the first person who should receive there stuff but no. He’s a nice kid tho !

The majority of David Lloyds are very good, but my home David Lloyd is terrible. It has completely lost its identity and is only a shadow of the club that it once was. There is also a bad vibe in the club and the staff just dont meet the standards. I am not the only one who thinks this. My daughter stopped going because of issues with staff there. I choose to use other David Lloyd clubs instead of my home club.

The Lincoln club is in serious need of renovation it has had little or no investment in 20 years and is way behind other DL clubs in standard and facilities

Professional and Friendly environment. Many classes for adults and kids. Professional swimming and tennis classes for kids. Very helpful and polite staff. The app is user friendly and easy to understand and use.

Absolutely love this place! The staff are amazing—always so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The facilities are outstanding, and my favourite part is being able to cool off with an outdoor swim after the gym before unwinding in the spa garden. It's the perfect way to relax and recover. I always leave feeling refreshed and can't recommend it highly enough.

Lovely food, could do with more staff on the food and need a full time lifeguard on so kids can use outside pool.

Kristina in the bar is so lovely and it’s a pleasure to see her after a workout with her lovely smile. Spirit (yoga, pilates, t’ai chi) and sound bath with Laura Boswell is awesome and I make sure I book that every week otherwise I think I’d explode with my stressful life!! Danielle and Nathan, Blaze instructors are awesome and are helping me achieve my goals motivating me in every class. The whole class has great facilities and spa. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I’ve been a member for over 10 years with the family. It’s a good club with a variety of sports. Handy when it’s raining great when when you travel and fantastic when you want a variety of sports. Where they could really improve is the point of bringing in partners regularly. Yes day passes are fine. Yes we can by the odd day pass. But it would really help if there was a minimum 1-6 month partners membership so we could do more as a family without committing to full 12 months. It’s hard to know work schedules or relationship status what will happen in future. If there was an option of short term memberships that would help. (Yes I know you do 14 day promotions)

Alex was really helpful in suspending my membership without a charge with proof provided.

Instructors and classes are really good but disappointed that the shower in the sauna/steam rooms has not worked for weeks.

David Lloyd Kingston, has everything right, professional Instructors in all their classes, keeping me motivated and learning techniques for life.
The atmosphere is always buzzy after a days work, I can release all the stress & feel energised. The Reception staff greet me with a smile & provide a fresh towel. The cleaners do a great Job too showers & changing rooms are clean.

Whichever you choose: Great classes, amazing SPA and garden, well equipped gym, drinks or dining - everything is unbeatable + friendly staff and helpful head office. Highly recommend the club!

Avenue tennis was taken over by David Lloyd. Direct debit set up by AVE tennis and assumed would have a seamless transition to David Lloyd. Very bad communication from David Lloyd. Received random email saying I had not paid. Have to fill out a new direct debit sheet. None of this information was conveyed very clearly. Confusing for existing members. Communication generally has not been clear.

Before renewing my membership, I required an explanation for the surprisingly large increase over the previous year. The service and assistance which I received from A. T. of the Member Support Team was both prompt and supportive. She is a credit to the company and led to my renewing with confidence. Hugh
