Excellent parkin cake made by Vicky. It had a wonderful soft texture. She is now going to make some rock cakes for me!

So glad to hear your response to the rock cakes I made where you asked for a old fashioned recipe rock cakes was ' the rock cakes were lovely, similar to the ones my mother used to make' .
I go for a full bodied marmalade and have found none better than Vicky Millins' Seville Marmalade. Well worth a try!

We ordered a selection of goodies for an early Father’s Day afternoon cream Tea. Vicky was really helpful guiding me through ideas and quantities , and ensured there were no allergies before completing the order.
The quality of the scones and homemade jam was excellent.The scones were really light and packed with fruit.
My father in law loved the Eccles cakes which were buttery and flaky and the filling had a lovely flavour. Trying to work out the spices. The Parkin (ginger loaf) brought back memories of my childhood.
It is great to enjoy some lovely homemade cakes, jams and marmalade. Thanks Vicky for delivering with a smile during this pandemic, you made it a lovely special day for my Father in law.
