Great experience, Great service

DavidsonMorris, particularly Jane, assisted me with our Sponsor Licence application. The process went very smoothly, and I am extremely pleased with their work. We received our license without any issues, as they ensured we had all the necessary documents prepared in advance for the Home Office's approval.

I would like to commend Mr. Ashok Aiyasamy for his excellent work in helping me secure the extension of BRP Tier 2 Visas for myself and my dependent. The process was quite challenging. Initially, I was informed by HR that we were eligible for priority service, but later DM informed me that this was not the case. Despite this setback, Mr. Ashok and I worked together and managed to submit the application within four days.

When my family and I attended the biometric registration at our UKVCAS appointment, we were informed that copies of the existing BRPs were not uploaded, even though we had uploaded them prior to the appointment. The officer at the center extended the application window until 10 pm the same day to avoid the risk of rejection. This situation was quite alarming, but Mr. Ashok promptly raised a complaint against the UKVCAS center, resulting in a formal investigation to address the issue with the inexperienced officer.

In the end, I received the BRP within 3-4 days of the application, allowing my family and me to travel during the summer, rather than waiting the initially anticipated 6-8 weeks. Although the process with the Home Office seems to be constantly changing, my experience with Ashok proved that completing the application within a week is possible. We achieved this together, and I am grateful for his support.
