Davidsons Plumbing & Heating Ltd 

I dealt with this company in October of last year, where they quoted for my bathroom refurb due in just a few weeks time. Wanted a few revisions so emailed them those who gave the quote.. no answer.. Emailed their main email address only to be told that the they had decided to leave the domestic market and some flimsy apology for the inconvenience. Ok, so where was the communication to customers whose jobs had been quoted for and booked in and who had made plans for works to be completed in just a few weeks time?? A disgrace and total lack of respect from this so called company.

I trusted their experience and good reputation, but I am glad they have left the domestic market with not a penny paid to them from my pocket!

Punctual, professional and friendly company that wants to satisfy their customers and is receptive to feedback. I am delighted with the bathroom and cloakroom renovation they recently completed.

I can't rate this company highly enough, they done an absolutely fantastic job on my bathroom. The workmanship was brilliant, always clean and tidy at the end of the day. The bathroom fitter/engineer along with his apprentice were very polite and accommodating to my requirements, and always happy to advise on the best way to proceed when I wanted certain aspects changed in my bathroom.
The office staff were very friendly and again always happy too help and even called me half way through the job to see if I was happy with the way the job was proceeding.
Highly recommend to anyone.

Davidsons renovated a bathroom for us, installing a new shower. The site inspection was quickly arranged and the quote was a fair price. The work itself was carried out swiftly, efficiently and very tidily by Adrian who was plainly a very experienced plumber and bathroom installer. Very satisfied indeed.

We used Davidsons Plumbing and Heating to completely refit our shower room. Patrick was a great guy who worked really hard and to a very high standard. He always checked things with us and the shower room now looks amazing and (more importantly) works. We have been delighted with our experience of Davidsons and would highly recommend them.

I discovered Davidsons by chance as they were the only company of several that I telephoned that bothered to reply to my telephone messages. They came to estimate within a week, returned to do the work shortly thereafter and the engineer was thorough, pleasant and very competent. Recently, I had a plumbing emergency, and they came straightaway to fix the problem. In this day and age when many contractors don't bother to return phone calls or show up for an appointment, it is a pleasure to know that Davidsons will be there to help me.

The LPG engineer was extremely helpful and through.
I had been told by other heating companies that I needed a new boiler which would have cost over 2k to replace! Davidsons fixed the boiler for a little over £400.

We use Davisons for our annual gas boiler service. They always send a reminder in good time and every engineer has turned up on time and is polite, clean and efficient in their work.

Davidsons were responsive when we found our heating had stopped working on a very cold day. They were able to action a temporary fix and quoted for the work needed to carry out the repair properly. The work was then carried out in accordance with the quote. Their engineers were respectful in our home and very tidy. We will use them again .

I replaced my boiler with Davidsons. The boiler engineer did a very good job, answered all our questions, and tidied and cleaned at the end. The quote was detailed and correct, with no hidden costs. I will use them again.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, from reception to plumbers. It was tricky as a leak under floor downstairs so took a little time to find and then sort. They were respectful of my home and hardwood floors. All fixed, no issues. Very happy

Davidson's were extremely speedy on my recent emergency call out. Getting to the root cause efficiently meant damage was kept to a minimum and the issue could be resolved. Everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend!
