Never received and being ignored
Bought a watch from DavidSW. Was hoping to have it before a wedding I was going to attend. All of a sudden it shows delivered on the tracking, but I never received it. Looked at my ring for the day it was delivered NOTHING. Reached out and they said we will look. I've been ghosted for a week. Look at the communication via whats app. They had such a good rating I was praying it wasn't a SCAM. Guess what? If anyone has a contact for this company instead of whats app I would appreciate it.

This is my second purchase with DavidSW and both times were equally as great. From the photos, description, payment and super fast shipping you can click on your dream watch and have it show up at your doorstep the next day! The prices charged are always fair and the selection keeps me coming back… even just to browse.

Outstanding service, working with Chris was a pleasure. Very patient, answered all my questions, asked for his opinion which was spot on and helped me make my decision. Immediate responses and customer service second to none. As for the watch, beautiful and perfect. You can see that the only watches they will sell are the best of the best. I no longer go to an AD and when I am ready for my next watch I will be contacting Chris. Without a doubt, you can see why they are in my opinion the best out there, no need to go anywhere else.

The process was extremely smooth and fast. I ordered the watch online with friendly assistance via chat. They agreed to ship it to the Miami location so I could easily have it sized. The watch arrived the next day and was on my wrist by the afternoon.
