What I ordered arrived well after Christmas so that did make my star review slightly less as it was a Christmas present also the very small box the gift came in was like a
Match stick box a bit more effort on the presentation and offering an option to pay slightly extra to track your Package I would Of had no problem giving 5 stars. customer service though is very good and they did respond promptly when I raised my issue.

Ordered a Christmas gift well before the cut off date for the country I live in according to their site and as of January 1st no delivery. No tracking info for the package which sounds absurd.

Purchased one item online on 12/11 as a Christmas gift and charged for two items on my credit card. No tracking or shipping info provided and item(s) were not received as of 12/31 No response from seller to email inquiry regarding my order.

The onyx cufflinks I bought my grandson to match his signet ring are of the highest quality and he is delighted with them.

Ordered some cufflinks from this site. When I got the box I thought it was my wedding ring arriving but these flying duck cufflinks are almost as special. Beautiful things which feel like a quality product, not just some cheap gimmick which will break easily. Love them! Great service.
