Lovely people to deal with.
Excellent service. People actually on the end of a phone! They were very helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The delivery service was excellent also, making life easy. A stress-free door pick up for a return, wow that's was great. The returns process was also no fuss and easy-peasy. Dealt with Davies for several years now - just brilliant.

Wrong item was delivered
Wrong item was delivered - basketball net instead of netball net - meaning my daughter did not have her birthday present ready to open on her birthday.
Am still awaiting the replacement.
