Predatory Dark Patterns: Fake Cancellation & Hidden Charges
Do not give this company your credit card details under any circumstances. They operate using aggressive, deceptive dark patterns designed to steal your money.
It starts with a classic bait-and-switch: a cheap $1.99 trial that silently auto-renews into a massive $29.99 subscription. But the absolute worst part is their predatory cancellation process. The "Cancel" button is hidden away in a misleading dropdown menu called "Danger Zone." Even worse, after you click cancel and confirm multiple times, they throw a mandatory feedback survey at you. IF YOU CLOSE OR SKIP THIS SURVEY, YOUR CANCELLATION IS SILENTLY ABORTED WITHOUT WARNING. You will think you are safe, but they will charge your card again.
When I realized I was charged $29.99, I contacted their support immediately. I had not used a single credit or generated any content during this new billing cycle. According to their own Refund Policy, a purchase is only "consumed" when credits are used. Despite clearly falling under their refund criteria, their support bot (Ashley) sent a generic copy-paste refusal. When I pointed out their own legal terms and the zero usage on my account, they completely ignored my emails.
This is not a legitimate business; it is an intentional scam designed to trap users in an endless billing loop by making cancellation artificially impossible. Avoid HubX and Davinci AI at all costs.

Unable to cancel website subscription
I signed up for DaVinci through their website using the $1.99 trial. The confirmation email stated that this was a monthly subscription with a subsequent charge of $29.99 USD. I was later charged $42.50 CAD by DAVINCI DOVER DE.
I have repeatedly contacted DaVinci asking them to cancel the subscription. Support keeps directing me to cancel through Apple or Google, but there is no DaVinci subscription in either my Apple or Google account. I have explained this repeatedly and explicitly requested cancellation of the website subscription.
I have also contacted their web support address and have received no response.
I simply want the recurring subscription cancelled and written confirmation that there will be no further charges. I didn't want the product the minute I had access to it and have not been able to cancel. This is unacceptable!

Powerful and feature-rich, with a small attachment bug
I've been impressed by how comprehensive DaVinci AI is — the range of models and the breadth of features (image generation like GPT, Nano Banana, Grok and Seedream, editing tools like Topaz and Qwen, the whole suite) cover nearly everything I need in one place. The output quality is consistently strong, and the interface is easy to get around.
My one recurring gripe is a formatting/attachment issue: when I reference an uploaded image with @Image1 in a request, that reference sometimes gets dropped and the model doesn't receive the image context. If this were fixed, the experience would be near-perfect.
Overall a solid tool that I'd recommend to anyone looking for an all-in-one AI creative platform.
