Don't appreciate Great workers
Well since the company deleted the truth, I'll post it here. The worst company to work for. Especially Plant 3. A few take their smoke breaks whenever they want. A lot of gossipping around. A lady in there worked for 6 years with the company and still don't know how to do her job. I reported an incident that could have ended an employee with brain damage to the manager because she was on her phone. The manager shrugged it off. Everytime I go to the bathroom the supervisors minion keep lurking around where I am at. I would not recommend anybody to work here. There is a saying around there " If you aren't white you ain't right".Their point system sucks along with their app. Everything went down hill when the HR, Jessie, showed up. Bluntly racist company
