Dissapointed!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Dawson Group/Van Ninja, during my attempt to purchase a BCH van (What would be our sixth vehicle with this company). I initially made my enquiry over three months ago, expecting the same reliable service we’ve experienced in the past.

Unfortunately, the process has been highly frustrating. I was given an incorrect quote and made to wait for over a month which caused unnecessary delays and confusion. While I do occasionally receive calls, I can rarely get hold of my account manager for days at a time, making it almost impossible to make any progress on the purchase.

This lack of timely communication and accountability is unacceptable. I expected a smooth and efficient process from a company we have trusted repeatedly, but instead, I have experienced poor service and constant delays.

I sincerely hope Van Ninja/Dawson Group takes this feedback seriously and improves their client communication to prevent other customers from facing similar issues.

Beware or be scammed!

Absolutely awful place unless you like being scammed. Had a decent van off them for a year, returned the van with a couple of "scratches" which were just where foliage had brushed up against it, not even real scratches (no damage to paintwork). The guy who picked up the van said "Don't worry about that, our lads will just t-cut that out". They then tried to charge me over a £1000 pound for supposed damage and said that they had to replace panels! An absolute rip-off. Do yourself a favour and stay well clear. A clear money making scam.
