I purchased a game called Rise of…
I purchased a game called Rise of Industry off their webshop, but I never received a key for the game. At first, I ordered the game and paid for it. It kept saying "unconfirmed" and wanted me to pay once again, but I wouldn't so I waited a bit longer. About 50 minutes after I had paid the order disappears from "my orders" list. If you haven't paid this would be correct, as they say that your order will disappear one hour after you placed it if you don't pay, but I have paid.
I sent in a ticket regarding this issue and I have not heard back from them for over 24 hours.
