Great customer service
I emailed them on a Sunday about a table I wanted to purchase but was nervous due to some of the stock photo pictures. They emailed me back that same day. They answered all my questions and included 2 pictures of the table in the warehouse. I bought the table. It came super fast & was excellent quality. Would highly recommend!

Poor experience with the Livia Couch
We really liked our Eddie chairs, but we got 2 Livia sectionals and both the top cushions and the bottom cushions were so flat even after days of being out of the packaging and trying to fluff them up. They were very uncomfortable and did not fill out the fabric so it looked like there was just loose fabric on the couch. However, the company was super helpful with the return and making things right for us. Thank you.

Excellent customer service
As I was putting a chair together, I noticed the zipper was broken. I contacted the company and they sent me out a whole new chair free of charge. Their customer service was top notch and were swift at helping me. Will be using Daylane for future orders.

I am in love with my coffee table! It adds the perfect vibe to my living room and everybody that visits always points it out. It has great quality and is also the perfect size. Building it was also a breeze and a one person job. 10/10 recommend.
When I placed my order, I put in the wrong address and the Dayalane family was able to change it for me and shipped out to the right address within the same time frame.

Amazing quality and a great experience
Amazing quality and a great experience. I’m extremely happy with my experience with Dayalane. The quality of their products is amazing, and you can really see the attention to detail in everything from the materials and textures to the finishes. My coffee table looks even better in person and feels beautifully made.
The entire experience was also seamless. Delivery was fast, everything arrived carefully packaged and in perfect condition, and their customer service was wonderful throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Dayalane and would absolutely consider their pieces again for future spaces and projects.
