I am in shock at the high end quality of these chairs for the amazing price point! Just redid our home and redecorated the dining room and looks amazing. So many compliments on them and soooo sturdy and comfortable as well as stylish. Saw on RH for more than five times the price!!!

Love the chairs but ordered 3 sets. I’m surprised I’m getting asked to rate when I’m still missing 2 sets of chairs. I really hope they come but the order tracking on the site could use some improvement. Would love more updates.

I'm a new client today Dayalane. Did online research before placing my order and their reputation was good. My experience was five star! My order was confirmed, shipping updates were provided and the chair arrived when expected. Shipping was fast
Shipping was fast. I ordered a coffee table on a Tuesday and received the first part of the package (the base) two days later on Thursday. The glass top arrived the following Tuesday, exactly one week total. The table is as pictured and assembly was quick and easy. This was my first time ordering from Daya Lane and I'd definitely purchase again based on this experience.

Beware
I ordered three Casey barstools. They arrived promptly. However, one was a completely different wood grain design and chipped. Company offered $50. I asked for just the one chair back piece to replace it. Have not received a response. Tabletop I ordered also has a dent. Although it’s cheaper furniture, the products were still around $1300. I did not need a full replacement. Just one piece to match the other two. Not happy at all.

I purchased two chairs
I purchased two chairs, unfortunately the chairs were a bit smaller than I thought and not as comfortable as I had hoped for our family . It did take a bit of work to get in contact with them for the return but in the end they did reach out to me and make things right and I was able to make the return.

Deceitful Return Process- not responsive
The only way to start a return is emailing. I have not received a response in 3 days. This generates frustration as a consumer that I can’t return my unopened items when the company says 30 day return window. If this is the only way to reach the company to get a return label you need to be responsive.
