  1. Fitness class

Written by the company

DayClass turns your living room into a studio, with guided at-home classes for strength, balance and mobility, one short session a day. We know exercise can feel like punishment, with bootcamp intensity, all-or-nothing plans and programs that assume you're already fit. DayClass is built the other way around: movement isn't a goal here, it's a way of being kind to the body that carries you through the day. No gym, no equipment, no prior experience needed. Choose from a growing studio of classes, from gentle, low-impact Tai Chi and Walking to bodyweight Calisthenics, and switch whenever you feel like a change. Every workout is put together by real people and led move by move by your coach (for some members, an AI-generated one), so you never have to guess what's next. Sessions are short by design, and if you miss a day, nothing resets. No streaks to protect, no backlog to catch up on. Alongside your classes, you can download sessions to train offline, log meals against daily calorie and macro targets, track your weight and steps, and send a clap to members mid-workout. Encouragement, never a leaderboard. Need a hand? Our support team is here for you in the app and at help.dayclass.com. Still reading? We love that energy. You've already done the hardest part: showing up. See you in class!

Great app for seniors

I have truly enjoyed this app. As a senior, I was looking for something to help build stability in my legs as well as flexibility in my upper body. This program accomplished both. Easy to follow, exercises that stretch you without the next day strain and activities to build strength in muscle groups that can go unattended as you age.
