Roof Lanterns
Purchased 2 roof lanterns and 1 skylight!
Discovered a crack on the inner pane of one of the lanterns! Contacted Daylight systems (Brett Martin) I was fobbed off, their response was that it was caused by thermal changes. They do not point out that their products are of extreme poor quality. Slight change in thermal conditions will cause the product to crack or even worse. I fitted this lantern on a flat roof extension where I am planning to put a new kitchen in. This room is still in an ambient state, it does not create much confidence in Brett Martin products if natural thermal conditions can cause their lanterns to crack. There offer of resolution is to offer 50% discount on the replacement pane!
