We booked a tour of the Guarani community in Iguazu. After about 30
Minutes of the tour which was supposed to include a visit to the children’s singing group, the guide said he spoke to the spiritual leader of the tribe who said we need to stop the tour. He told us this only after we asked and we did not complete the tour. There should be a warning that if the spiritual leader of the tribe can stop the tour at any time. Beware of this.

I booked the penguin tour with shore leave through DAYTOURS4U. I strongly advise against booking this through this company. Daytours4u wants a Paypal payment and charges 199 USD. The payment is only possible in USD.
There are other subcontractors involved and the actual provider is "Piratour". At the port you can book directly with "Piratour". And if you are in Ushuaia for 6/7 days, you usually always get a place as a single traveler or even as a couple. I was there in January (high season) and it was never a problem to book a tour.
On the spot you can pay in pesos and with the Blue Dollar you pay only half: about 100 USD (34.000 ARS).
I find it quite outrageous that a payment in pesos is not offered by Daytours4u and is also not apparent that other subcontractors are involved. Daytours4u thus collects 100 USD for itself which is completely overpriced and unfair. If you book a tour online and in advance, you pay too much, because the company wants payment in USD. Daytours should offer a payment option in pesos so that the banks (which many now do) can take into account the Blue Dollar exchange rate. Since they don't, the high cost is not due to the bad official exchange rate.
It would be comparable if there was a fixed dollar price or a payment option in pesos. Thus, I find Daytours4u an unfair company.
Also, you should not be stressed that they say that the seats are sold out quickly. I could not perceive it that way.
In itself, I would definitely book the tour at "Piratour", it was really beautiful and heartwarming.

Vary happy to have founded you. The tour was excellent and the guide was very helpful and informative.

We booked a return trip , from the airport at Trelew, Argentina, to our hotel and back to the airport, the first part was great, no problems, the return to the Airport, the taxi never showed up, we had booked it for 4,40 am as we had to be at the airport for 6 am, at 5am the taxi had not shown up, despite trying to WhatsApp, and calling them, we had no response, our hotel receptionist was great, and was able to get another taxi for us very quickly , and the lady driver got us there just in time, also for a fraction of the cost we had already paid Daytours4u, But it was quite stressful
The one thing in their favor, is they did give us a refund .

It is a great experience with time enough to enjoy the wonders of the glacier. Cafeteria at the park just fine. Guide gave practical and basic information about Perito Moreno. Changing transportation twice at the beginning at the end of the trip could be avoided increasing our comfort.
Pasarelas Walking and the navigation are a must to do at least once in the life.

The show was excellent and the arrangements for pick up and return generally worked well although the pick up was late and there was some confusion about who was being picked up. Overall the the show was very good value for money.

the tour was interesting and very nice. our Chilean guide was very good.the only problem was the pick up from our hotel in El Calafate.
the voucher said 6:15 am. we reconfirmed the pick up time the night before from our hotel: same answer. Next morning we got up really early to get ready and be on time.The bus came at 7:20 am because we found out our hotel was the last one before leaving to Torres del Pine.The local people should have known that and given us more reasonable pick up time. our day was extremely long because of that.

Guide did not speak english at all, so we were not able to receive any information at all..... Basicly ended up being a very expencive transfer to two towns.

UPDATE: PAID $210.00 Usd for this tour and was only refunded $40.00 Usd, not total for the tour as they had posted.

Your tour covered a lot of territory and there were many helpful employees along the way to assist. However , we often found that the translators we plugged our earphones into did not work and the commentary in English was difficult to understand. didn't match where we were in the route or there was no commentary at all for long stretches.

Great experience at the location with a wonderful host! However, the description for this product was somewhat misleading, as we thought we were going on a guided-tour bike ride to visit various wineries in the area. Rather, the owner has the bikes ready for you so that you can ride around at your leisure, which is also lovely; yet because it was unclear, our arrival was marked by some confusion. :) However, overall, can highly recommend - the owner is very knowledgable, generous and very patient with our ever-improving Spanish, and the location is absolutely stunning.

Everything was perfect, i would recommend it. The only thing I can mention for them to improve is that they took too long to send me the voucher confirming my purchase (almost two days), and that could be complicated when booking tours with few anticipation.

Terrible experience. We were told to be in front of our hostel at 6.10 AM, and the bus arrived at 6.40 (ok, there was a tolerance time). Then the bus went to the bus station where we were made to wait around 15 minutes, with no info. Next we had to exchange buses. Since the trip comprehended crossing the border no one there (not even an email prior) explained what we could or could not bring. Even worse, there was no explanation about the fare of the National Park or if it accepted dollars/pesos argentinos/credit card... to make matters even worse we were brought to a shady exchange with a ridiculously overpriced currency rate (about 1.5 to 1 compared to El Calafate). When we arrived at the border, again, no explanation, and we had to change buses yet again. All in all a trip that should be around 4 hours, tops, took six. In the park we stayed only 2 hours and thirty minutes, 30 of those in a little shop. In the return trip, another bus change. To sum it all, we left the hotel at 6.10 AM, returned 10PM, and stayed in the park for a little over 2hours. Ridiculous. Lest I forget our tour guide, named Natalia, made fun of an elderly american on the bus, made some unfunny jokes, but explained very little. Just terrible.
