This is no different than booking a hotel room. Really glad I booked it as it allowed us to relax a bit in a quiet environment before hitting a long leg of travel. I would use Day use service again. Better than lounge experience as I prefer quiet place

Unorganized
When checking in, I asked about the shuttle and if there was a sign up sheet. Front desk clerk informed us that there wasn't a need for it and for us to be in the lobby 10 minutes before 4pm since it runs every hour. My sister and | arrived 30 minutes before 4pm and ran into the driver, who then informed us that there was a party of 10 waiting and it wouldn't be any room. We had to pay for a Lyft!

Finally a site that solves a huge problem
I have travelled on many flights and have been disappointed by not being able to find a hotel in the daytime for rest and catching up with sleep. Dayuse changed all that on my last visit to Paris with a 3 hour power nap for my entire family! Hotels are so stupid with their 3pm check-in flow. Dayuse is changing all that. All the power to you!

Friendly staff, clean facility, great pool, upscale, safe neighborhood with delicious local restaurants! Best post-cruise 5 hours...and a free shuttle to the airport. I'll go back, it was so comfortable! Easy to book in Dayuse app..this stay was reasonably priced and worth every penny

Perfect for resting while coming back…
Perfect for resting while coming back from cruise and waiting for the late night flight to return home. The hotel service desk was very friendly, room was clean and the shuttle services with payment was nice to the airport. This was first time use of day use and the experience was flawless.

Denighed reservation in Miami on South…
Made reservation in Miami on South beach for (2 )day use hotel rooms for 6 people returning from a cruise with a late same day fight. Rooms reaerved a month before with conferation numbers. Got to hotel we reserved through dayuse and was denighed. Hotel said that dayuse over booked and they were sold out. My family of 6 were standed all day in south beach with no wear to stay with 10 bages. Worst part in that my 82 year old mom was with us and she has mobility issues. DO NOT book from this site. Only book direct with hotel. We have zero recourse and could not get anyone to answer out calls from day use.
