My experience has usually been good…
My experience has usually been good throughout. the only exception has been the occasional message saying there's been a problem with my credit card payment, after ending up with multiple bookings, I checked my email to find that all attempts had been successful. A quick phone call to Dayuse's efficient Customer service sorted the issue out for me.

Great site for finding a room for the day
Dayuse was a wonderful option for my daughter and me. We had gotten off a cruise and needed a place to relax and hang out until our late night flight. We found a great hotel on this site. The process was easy and I would highly recommend them!

Disappointing Experience with Tiny Room, Noise Issues, and Poor Room Allocation
I recently booked a day-use room at Dorsett Hotel Kai Tak and was quite disappointed with the experience. The room I was given was extremely small, far more cramped than expected. And located on a low floor, which made it noticeably louder due to street noise and other disturbances.
To make matters worse, the soundproofing was inadequate. I could clearly hear noises from the hallway and adjacent rooms, which made it difficult to relax during my short stay.
What really surprised me was that despite booking a regular day-use room, I was assigned an accessible room without any prior notice or explanation. While I understand the importance of such facilities, it wasn’t what I booked or expected, and it contributed to an overall uncomfortable and inconvenient visit.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel for a comfortable or pleasant stay, especially if you’re looking for a quiet, well-appointed room.
