Bad product and worse customer service Don't be fooled

The product took more than a month to arrive and would not even turn on. I requested a refund and was told not to return the product - they would send a replacement. Another 3 weeks later and I have not received even a tracking number for the replacement or a refund. This company is totally a scam

I WOULD GIVE IT A NEGATIVE TEN IF THAT WERE POSSIB LE!! I can't believe I fell for this and didn't check Trustpilot first. I told them it doesn't fit right, and want to return it, and they very cheerfully said "take pictures--you probably aren't wearing it correctly." How many way can you possibly put this thing on??? So I said, no, I don't intend to take pictures. Just give me return instructions.... and....crickets. I shuddaknown.

Very very disappointing product and…

Very very disappointing product and company. They promise a 30 day money back guarantee, you are responsible to return to the NETHERLANDS and pay for the return shipping yourself, when their US company is in Delaware. What kind of people mislead others like that?

Disappointing

Although the product was easy to use, I found that it did not provide relief for hip pain and sciatica. The really disappointing part was that the company’s guarantee is absolutely false. There is no return (company is in the Netherlands) and no refund. The lack of transparency in how they handle returns feels unethical.

Shady company….you’ve been warned

This organization claims a 4.5+ Trustpiliot score with over 2500 reviews on their website which clearly isn’t the case.

This product is not worth the cost. Additionally, despite a 30 day money back guarantee, they will play games with you if you try to return the product refusing to give you the return address. They offered to discount the product rather than accept the return and make you pay to ship it back to Europe. Shady company….you’ve been warned
