The item I ordered was supposed to ship out the next week, but when I checked on the status they said it was delayed. However I was able to get another item and they even overnighted it to me so that I could propose that weekend.
Also, I received a band that was not what the picture showed. The one I saw and ordered had 12 small diamonds on the band but the band I got only had 9. They asked if I want to return it but I’m going to let my fiancé decide for herself.
Overall it was a good experience, but some glitches do occur, especially from online stores.

We purchased both my engagement ring and the wedding band from here. Both rings are better than I ever thought. It was nice to find a wedding band that fit so perfect without buying them as a set. You can not beat the price. People think we spent thousands more on our rings.

No complaints. Ring arrived early. A real person answered the phone both times I called and were able to answer my questions thoroughly. They even sent a mens band free with my fiances engagement ring set!

The necklace was very elegant & beautiful. The appearance is perfect. Not too showy but very classy.

I had a great experience ordering from Dazzling Rock. I recently broke my cross I’ve had for 15 years. I looked at so many sites to try and find one like I had and Dazzling Rock had one almost exactly like my old one. I called and spoke with Kevin who was great to work with. I will definitely order more items in the future.

The ring came later than predicted but its gorgeous and the wife loves it.

This ring is very beautiful but has very sharp edges. 1 week into wearing and I need to return it. My poor pinky finger hurts too much to keep it.

The earrings were beautiful and really delicate. My wife was really happy with them. The only downside and the reason not setting a 5star is that deliver timing could be improved, it took more than one month for the piece to get so be sure to order it with enough time in advance.
